This has been my go-to salad lately and it is filled with alllll the good stuff for your gut & skin.

Recently it has been my priority to be getting my probiotics in with fermented foods like beet kraut, miso and sourdough bread.

Fermented foods decrease your chances of disease by strengthening your immune system, optimizing your digestion giving you a healthy gut flora, promote good skin, balance your hormones & gives you energy.... try and top THAT. I dare ya. PLANTS ARE MAGICAL PEOPLE. The base of this bowl is steamed kale which is ALSO amazing for your hair, skin, bones & the fiber content enhances your digestion. Your gut will love you after eating this.

Wildbrine beet kraut

Vegan miso mayo from the brand SoGood , available at Whole Foods. (Did you know miso is a fermented food as well!)

Hemp seeds
