This has been my go-to salad lately and it is filled

Recently it has been my priority to be getting my probiotics in with fermented foods like beet kraut, miso and sourdough bread.

I dare ya. PLANTS ARE MAGICAL PEOPLE. The base of this bowl is steamed kale which is ALSO amazing for your hair, skin, bones & the fiber content enhances your digestion. Your gut will love you after eating this.
